The Ghana Book Development Council (GBDC) donated a collection of books to the School of Business, University of Cape Coast (UCC) on 26^th January 2026. These books cover areas such as Finance, Accounting, Strategic Management, and other Business-related subjects. The collection was received by the Dean of School of Business (UCC), Prof. Samuel Kweku Agyei, who was accompanied by Prof. George Tackie (Head of Department for Accounting) and Mr. Raphael Ntsiful (Librarian of the School of Business). Prof. Samuel Kweku Agyei expressed his gratitude to GBDC for the gesture.

On the 27^th of January 2026, a specialized collection of books was also donated to the Department of Psychology, within the School of Social Sciences, University of Ghana. These books, which cover various subfields of Psychology, were received by Professor Adote Anum, Head of the Department of Psychology, supported by Professor Charity Sylvia Akotia. They expressed their appreciation for receiving such donation from GBDC.

Mr. Kofi Asante Twumasi and Mr. Ishmael Aryeetey presented these books on behalf of GBDC. The collection of books donated are part of a larger collection of library books GBDC received from Webster University (Ghana Campus).
