The Ghana Book Development Council (GBDC), on January 16, 2026, donated a specialized collection of books to the Legon Centre for International Affairs and Diplomacy (LECIAD) at the University of Ghana. This collection on international affairs was part of a larger collection of library books donated by Webster University (Ghana Campus) to GBDC.

Mr. Kofi Asante Twumasi, accompanied by Mr. Ishmael Aryeetey, presented the books on behalf of GBDC.

Receiving the books on behalf of LECIAD, Prof. Daniel Kipo-Sunyehzi expressed his gratitude for this unique gesture from GBDC. Present to support Prof. Kipo-Sunyehzi was the Administrator of LECIAD, Madam Eccles Andoh.
