The Parliamentary Select Committee on Education, led by the Chairman Hon. Peter Nortsu-Kotoe, paid a working visit to the Ghana Book Development Council as part of its familiarisation tour of agencies under the Ministry of Education. The visit provided an opportunity for the Committee to engage with the Council on its mandate, programmes, and ongoing initiatives to promote book development and literacy in Ghana. The Committee reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the Council’s work and addressing challenges that impact service delivery.
